Regarding your Wal-Mart Debit/ATM Card 

Effective February 9, 2007 we are discontinuing the Wal-Mart Debit/ATM Card program

We value our relationship with you, and thank you for using this card. We understand that this change may be an inconvenience for you, and are working hard to avoid any difficulty.

Here is what we are doing that will affect your Wal-Mart Debit/ATM Card:

• Beginning January 9, 2007, you will no longer be able to reload your Wal-Mart Debit/ATM Card.
  
  
• You may continue to use and spend any remaining balances on your Card through February 8, 2007.We encourage you to spend or withdraw the remaining balances on your Card.
  
  
• Beginning February 9, 2007, you will no longer be able to make purchases or ATM withdrawals using your Card.
  
  
• Any remaining balance will be refunded to you after February 23, 2007. If you paid a fee to purchase your Card, it will be refunded to you*.
  
  

In order to help ensure you receive any refund due, by February 9, 2007 please verify your mailing address by telephoning us at 1-866-268-6314 or by logging into your online Account Access and updating your address information.
